Maidl Brothers Construction, LLC is a locally owned concrete Construction company. We have been in business for 9 years now and are very proud of our incident free work record. 

We specialize in commercial and residential large volume of flat work, slabs on grade, monolithic pours, hangers, containment slabs, sidewalks, curb and gutter concrete retaining walls and all forms of site work. We also offer an assortment of concrete stamps for a decorative finish as well as exposed aggregate. On our larger pours we offer a laser screed lay down which insures flatness and consolidation due to vibrators on the head of machine. These machines have laser eyes on the screed that checks grade multiple times per second. Advantages are that you can pour more volume and insure a flat floor. For the finish we run a multitude of riding power trowel sizes ranging from a 6 to a 10 footer. We have the correct amount to keep up with 25,000 square feet in one pour. Right when slab is finished is the time to saw cut control joints. This is done with a soft cut saw while concrete is green. We have 2 of these saws as well and then the slabs are then sprayed with the cure and seal.

About the Owner

My name is Rob Maidl owner and operator of MBC, LLC. I started my concrete adventure at Klondike Concrete at the age of 16. Joined the Union at 20 to get on the bigger projects. Spent a lot of years on road work with Belarde Brothers, John Wayne and Kiewit Construction where I was a Forman on the Parks and Glenn Interchange bridgework. Then moving to Finishing Edge. I was employed by Finishing Edge for twelve years. My last five were as a superintendent of the Fairbanks division. I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people and contractors and have learned a lot about working together as a team to plan and execute a project to it’s completion in a timely manner meeting schedules and customer satisfaction.
